Camera Settings for Iris and Sclera Images

  1. Turn the camera on.

  2. Set the Function dial to "M"

  3. The shutter speed value and the Aperture value will be seen on the control panel for 8 seconds before it disappears.  Press the Shutter release button halfway to display the Shutter speed and the Aperture values again.

  4. Set the Shutter Speed to 125 by turning the Sub-command dial (front).

  5. Turn the Main Command dial (rear) to change the aperture value

 
Blue Irises :22,25, or 29
Hazel Irises: 18,20or 22
Brown Irises: 16,18 or 20
Sclera: 32
